Webinar: Canada’s Positive Mental Health Surveillance Indicator Framework
September 28 @ 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT
Accessible and timely population-level data about the mental wellbeing of Canadians can help inform intervention, policy and research priorities to advance mental health promotion and illness prevention. Responding to expressed interest in this topic, the KDE Hub is pleased to collaborate with members from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) on this webinar that will explore Canada’s Positive Mental Health Surveillance Indicator Framework (PMHSIF). The PMHSIF provides information on positive mental health outcomes and their associated risk and protective factors. Presenters will share the definition of positive mental health underpinning this work, the development process for the PMHSIF, and an overview of the tools and products stemming from this Framework.
This is an open event with invitations to Mental Health Promotion Innovation Fund (MHP-IF), Supporting the Mental Health of those Most Affected by COVID-19 (MH COVID), and Mental Health in the Early Years (MHITEY) project team members and those in their networks.
Simultaneous interpretation in French will be available.
Zoom details will be sent out prior to the event.
