Webinar: Mental Health and Wellbeing in Times of COVID-19 – Tips and Resources

From the RésoSanté project’s Twitter: this 1.5 hour webinar will be a discussion of strategies, techniques and tips to strengthen your mental health in this unique setting. You will learn to identify the stress generated by COVID-19, and to use effective techniques such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to best manage stress and anxiety.

The exercises offered by three counselors, Sylvie Allouche, Anne-Laure Combot and Renée Ouimet, will also allow you to better understand the different methods to eliminate toxic thoughts and thus develop your capacity for well-being and resilience. Above all, take the opportunity at the end of each workshop to ask your questions to our specialists.
